Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

To place an order, you are required to have an account. Start by visiting: create an account.

Once you have created an account, you can roam our website to view all of our available products. Simply click "add to cart" for the product you would like to purchase. Any products that have "request a quote" will require you to contact us for more information.

Once you are ready to checkout and place an order, at the top right hand of the corner, click "View Cart". A tiny window will open with a summary of the items in your shopping cart. Then proceed to click "CHECKOUT".

You will then be taken to a new page. To complete an order, you will need to complete the following fields during checkout with the following information:

  • Billing Information:
    • Email Address
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Phone Number
    • Company Name
    • Billing Address
  • Shipping Information (if different from billing address)
Once you have entered in the information above, you will proceed in selecting the shipping method of your preference.
After selecting your shipping method, you will need to enter in your credit card information:
  • Credit Card Number
  • Expiration Date
  • Card Code (CVV)
Once that information is completed and the order has been placed, a confirmation page will load to confirm your order has been placed. 
Once the order has been processed by our Accounting Team, a confirmation email and more information regarding your order will be emailed to you.

When is my credit card charged?

Full payment is required to place and process your order. We accept payment solely through credit card or wire transfer. For wire transfer, please contact us for approval and more information.

Does Source Graphics offer promotions or discounts?

Do I have to pay tax?

All orders in the state of California will be required to pay sales tax on the merchandise ordered, unless you provide us with proof of tax exempt status (i.e. certificate).

Any order shipped outside the state of California, within the United States< will not be required to pay sales tax unless required by states that our affiliate drop-ship vendor operates in. 

We do NOT ship outside of the Contiguous United States.
