Wide range of print material support
The Ultimaker filament material library continues to grow and currently features 9 different materials. While there are 9 major Ultimaker materials, this doesn't mean Ultimaker users are restricted. With an open source system, Ultimaker users can venture into other non-Ultimaker filament materials from 3rd party manufacturers. Ultimaker's Cura software also contains filament profiles to uniquely configure the Ultimaker 3 to print under specific conditions needed for whichever filament is being used.
Successful prints whatever the complexity
To realize complicated models the Ultimaker 2+ performs difficult 3D printing tasks with ease. Thanks to extensive research and development, it excels at bridging, overhangs and accurate details to realize prints of all shapes and sizes.
Reliability
The Ultimaker 2+ is engineered for reliability, efficiency, and user-friendliness. With easy setup and operation, the Ultimaker 2+ is the top choice for every FDM 3D printer user.
Ultimaker user universe
The Ultimaker User Universe continues to develop and expand on a daily basis. Thanks to an open source system that pushes innovative thinking, the Ultimaker User Universe continues to help push the limits of 3D Design.
