BigRep’s HI-TEMP CF is a high-strength and heat-resistant engineering-grade filament. Highly stiff and incredibly durable, the material effectively maintains its form under high heat conditions. Ideal for the thermoforming process, HI-TEMP CF is the perfect match for the production of patterns and moulds. With an excellent combination of heat and UV resistance – rivalling ASA – and durability, its also ideal for functional applications regularly exposed to heat – such as in automotive or automation.
A reliable and easy to use the material, BigRep HI-TEMP CF is optimized for large-format 3D printing and suitable for environments with limited control like factory floors.
High Temperature Resistance
BigRep HI-TEMP CF filament combines the heat resistance of HI-TEMP filament with the added strength and stiffness of carbon fiber reinforcement. It can withstand high temperatures up to 160°C (320°F) while maintaining its structural integrity, making it suitable for demanding applications in elevated temperature environments.
