Features
High Strength and Stiffness
BigRep PET-CF filament is reinforced with carbon fiber, which significantly enhances its strength and stiffness. The carbon fiber reinforcement provides excellent mechanical properties, resulting in parts that are stronger and more rigid compared to standard PET filaments.
Lightweight
Despite its enhanced strength, BigRep PET-CF filament remains lightweight due to the carbon fiber reinforcement. This makes it an ideal choice for applications where weight reduction is important, such as aerospace, automotive, or lightweight structural components.
Excellent Chemical Resistance
PET-CF filament exhibits excellent resistance to chemicals, including oils, greases, and certain solvents. This property makes it suitable for applications that require resistance to chemical corrosion or contact with harsh substances.
Dimensional Stability
PET-CF filament offers good dimensional stability during the printing process and after printing. It has low warping and shrinkage properties, ensuring accurate and dimensionally stable prints. This feature reduces the likelihood of warping or distortion during the printing process, resulting in reliable and high-quality prints.
